“Marathon Pre Show / Akademy Mixtape Release Party”
Where: “The Irish Viking” 369 lake avenue St. James 11780
When: 9:00pm – 2:00am
Specs: $5 cover, $2.50 draught beers all night, Akademy official mixtape release, VIP Bus ticket raffle
Performances by: K.O.T.R., BONZ, GAMBIT FAMILY, and AKADEMY
Sunday November 7th
“THE 2010 NYC MARATHON SHOW”
Where: 115th and 1st ave NEW YORK CITY
When: 10:00am-3:00pm
Specs: VIP Tickets available; include transportation to and from show, breakfast, and lunch.
With 40,000 runners and thousands of people from the surrounding area watching, Akademy and an all star cast of performers take over the marathon for the 6th straight year. This is the first year K.O.T.R. will be performing along side them and we look forward to many more.

World- Wide- What…?
* This is dedicated to the critics who [honestly] give it to us straight when we can’t trust our own judgement.
Life doesn’t really care if you’re a songwriter[rapper] who has to ask ”Alright tell me honestly, what do you think?”; after playing a new song or if you’re a cook asking “So, how was dinner?”; after the meal is done: a majority of us can relate to needing an outside opinion.
Or is it merely outside interest we seek? Some of us just need the attention. Still whether it’s some of us all of the time or all of us some of the time, the whole point is to get some one else to ask “what”, but for what?
While the internet has become a hunting ground for those who prey on our vices and abuse the gift of this world wide connection, we give out music at the click of a button with out the mock job applications you’re used to and show our appreciation of the gift of this world wide connection. Music, good music: is our answer to the world wide what.
